This sale is for one used Chrysler Outboard STD Short shaft Lower Unit Assembly.
This is a used lower that failed pressure test so will need new seals and impeller
Shift operation tested good
Was removed from a 1979 72H9B
Gearcase complete minus shift and driveshaft part number FC525054 was used on some Chrysler 6HP 1978-1980, 7.5 1979-80, 8HP 1978
Empty gearcase part number FA525054
***It has been pressure tested failed needs to be resealed***
shift shaft 10 1/2"from top of case to top of shaf in the lowest position.
The drive shaft part number 45-F525128 measures approx 17 9/16" from the tip of the shaft to the top of the case and has 9 splines.
The prop shaft has 9 splines and they are not worn or damaged.
